Tinecomar Crewing Agency
Was founded in 1998 by Mr. Titi Marin a former seafarer that after retirement decided to found and created Tinecomar Agency a crewing agency that would help seafarers find their dream jobs and help shipping companies find the perfect crew for their vessels. Working tirelessly to build the agency from the ground up his hard work and dedication paid off, and Tinecomar quickly became one of the most respected crewing agencies in Romania.

Tinecomar Leading Company
The National Council of Small and Medium Private Enterprises of Romania (CNIPMMR) was founded in 1992 and is a nationally representative employers' confederation, with legal personality, independent, non-profit, and apolitical.
The CNIPMMR carries out its activity in accordance with the provisions of Title III of Law no. 62/2011 on social dialogue and other applicable legal provisions, being representative at the national level, established as a representative body of SME organizations in Romania, with its own statute and rules of organization and operation, ensuring unified representation of the SME employers’ movement at the national and international level.
